With our patented, automated, highly scalable, and environmentally safe QSI-Nano® Gas Phase Condensation (GPC) process, we have been able to successfully manufacture a number of metal and metal alloy nanoparticles including Iron, Silver, Copper, Nickel, Cobalt, Manganese, and Palladium. We have eight dedicated reactors currently in operation with a manufacturing capacity of ~ 500 kilos per month. Based on demand, we are able to quickly scale and adjust production runs to satisfy our customers’ material needs and delivery timelines.
