QuantumSphere CEO and U.S. Representative John Campbell Share Views on Nanotechnology

Recently QuantumSphere President and CEO Kevin Maloney met with Congressman John Campbell, United States Representative for the 48th District of California, at Fashion Island in Newport Beach.

Maloney and Campbell discussed nanotechnology and the impact it is making around the globe. Maloney explained QuantumSphere’s leading role in manufacturing nanoscale metals and alloys for applications in energy, electronics, aerospace, defense and several other markets. He detailed the company’s growth over the past year, as well as its continuing plans for expansion in the future. Campbell touched on the importance of QuantumSphere to both the industry and Orange County, and shared in Maloney’s excitement regarding the significance of what the company is doing.

Congressman Campbell is a fourth generation Californian, who has lived in Irvine for more than 26 years and was first elected to Congress in December of 2005 after serving in both chambers of the California Legislature. Campbell serves on the House Committees on Financial Services, the Budget, and Veterans’ Affairs. Additionally, he is a member of the House Republican Study Committee, the most prominent and influential caucus of fiscal and social conservatives serving in the House of Representatives.
